After grind by ball mill,ore fine material access the next process-classification. With the help of the principle of different precipitation speed as solid particle's proportion is different,spiral classifier wash and grading for ore mixture. After washed and gradinged, when ore mixture goes through magnetic separator,as all kinds of mineral magnetic susceptibility is different, magnetic force and machanical force separate magnetic materials from mixture. After magnetic separator preliminary separate,mineral grain is send into flotation machine,according to different mineral character,add different drugs to make wanted mineral ore separate from other materials. After the desired minerals are separated out,because it contains a lot of water,so it must first be concentrated by the thickener, then dried by the dryer to get dry materials.

        Magnetic concentration usage:
        Usually according to mineral waiting for the selection magnetic susceptibility size, can be devided into the following four categories:
        (1) strong magnetic minerals, x > 3000 × 10 to 9 m3/kg, there are mainly magnetite, titanium magnetite, magnetic pyrite, etc.;
        (2) medium magnetic minerals, x = (600 - 3000) × 10-9 m3/kg, ilmenite, feints and half martite, etc;
        (3) weak magnetic minerals, x = (15 - 600) × 10-9 m3 / kg, mainly hematite, specularite, siderite, limonite, pyrolusite, psilomelane and wolframite, etc;
        (4) non-magnetic minerals, x < 15 × 10 to 9 m3/kg, scheelite, quartz, feldspar, galena, gold and fluorite, etc.

        Magnetic separation is the main iron ore dressing methods. Common iron ore magnetite (belongs to the strong magnetic minerals), hematite, limonite, specularite, siderite (belong to weak magnetic minerals) and so on, they are raw materials of iron and steel industry, our country's iron ore grade is low, impurities content mostly is higher, therefore, more than 80% magnetic separation is needed.
        Manganese ore such as psilomelane, pyrolusite, monazite, niobium, tantalum minerals are weak magnetic minerals, recycling is also commonly used magnetic separation method.

        If the magnetic minerals are as objective minerals to recycle, so nonmetal mineral dressing of minerals all generally separate harmful ingredients, such as iron, titanium and other minerals using magnetic separation method. For example, kaolin, kyanite, quartz, feldspar, tourmaline and other mineral ore mineral processing are generally used magnetic separation method to remove iron and titanium mineral.
        If use silicon iron or magnetite in the heavy media separation as medium solid, the magnetic separation is a simple and effective method for recycling medium solid, common to the application in coal preparation plant.
        During broken ore, if fine crusher's crushing cavity enter the iron, crusher will be damaged, magnetic separation method is commonly used to remove the iron material.
        In the waste residue, waste water, waste gas, comprehensive utilization of the useful components, environmental protection, magnetic separation can also be applied.
